Gym Time!
So, as a family we have all decided to go to the gym "together" to get in shape for summer. So far the together part is working, but the getting a good body isn't. Anyone out there have some good tips?

1) Set goals Your long term goal is your good body. Set stepping stone goals to get to that body. That way your are constantly working towards something.
2) Do upper body 1 day and lower the next never do a heavy work out on both in one day or your body will really hate you
3) Gyms have trainers that should be free with the membership use them.
4) Try to have a fairly even work out. Your body overall tones at the same time so if you focus heavily on one part of your body alone it won't develop as fast as if you developed your whole body.
Thats all I can think of off the top of my head I am sure the others can add on top of that.
