You can and I did. :p
Press the "Print Screen" button that should be located above the "insert", "Delete", "Page Up", "Page Down", keys. From there open your photo editor of choice, open a new window and press CTL+V to paste it. From there you do what you want with it.

Oh, ok. I was going off of a joke of after eating pasta and anti-pasta have you really eaten anything at all, but I guess its what it was, a joke.
