Because of Exec. Order S-1-03 I concerning the DMV VLF (Department of Motor Vehicles, Vehicle Registration Fee) I got a check in the mail for $41.08 to put in my new Bad Mother Explative wallet (seriously I got me one of those). I'm not broke at the moment but it was a nice suprise (Mike I owe you 20$ still dammit). But does this mean I'm still going to pay 87$ per year just to license a car? And of course we shall use this incentive as somewhat of a payback for oh say, rising insurance rates and or the Explative explative Gas one more explative gouge. But my point is California is an awesome state to live in despite all the weird stuff that goes on.
