Christmas is right around the corner

Post by BigGunna »

The Day after Thanksgiving is known in the USA as "Lets all go shopping"
I decided to join them in Reno. I usually wait till about Dec. 22 but I decided to try going early this year. It sucked really bad, couldn't find a parking spot, people are all jumpy and tenacious for some reason. That or they bring like 20 other people with them. I burnt the wax off my New Credit card in 2 Hrs and 30 min but it's no big thing. The thing that sucks is that I'm not done yet. It was kind of fun watching some of the young guys just there to pick up chicks.

Well it wasn't all bad, I ran into Danielle Ledesma, Apperently she just graduated college and is up here for the season till she goes to Graduate School. Then I met my freind Dawn at Bullys for lunch.

Tis now the season. Gift giving is as much fun as getting. What are some of your most memorable gifts that you either got or gave?

The best Christmas present I've ever recieved was my engagement ring from Doug. And I'm pretty sure the best one I ever gave was saying Yes to Doug.

Hmm....I can't really think of a specific gift that was the best that I have ever recieved, but I definately think that the best part of christmas for me since I've been in North Dakota at school is going home and seeing all of my family and some new friends I've made.
I actually am going to be heading out to the California area over christmas break this year too, so that should be fun. If anyone is going to be in the so. cali area between the 4th and like 10th or 11th-ish(I can't remember when we come back) let me know...I'd like to catch up or visit or something!! I miss you guys...well, some of you :-) Anyway, just F.Y.I. I guess....
