I usually try not to give too much advice but rather listen to what people have to say, and find out why they are upset. If needed I will seek out another person that is involved in the problem and hear what they have to say as well.
Based on that information I then talk to both people and try to let them know some of their options, these options might not be precise, but at least they can start thinking in those terms and make a well thought out decision.
This way it really was their decision that was made, I just helped them find the way there.

Well I should thank you Ro for keeping me in check. Sometimes I can get so full of myself that It oozes onto the floor and innocent bystanders.
If I was always like my Dr. Looooooove persona I would be humping trees and various inanimate objects.

2) Covasier gets into the system...Covasier makes you say yea yea
3) A black cat with a J-Lo booty croses my path
