Andrea Yates: Innocent or Guilty???
This is what I don't understand about this woman She pleades innocent in court saying she is insane and did not know what she was doing in prison She claims they were the devil. However she also stated she knew what she did was wrong If she was in sane shouldn't they have taken her children away?? What are your opinoins???

Too many things
I agree with Mauddib here. I havn't paid enough attention to what has been happening. I'm sure if I was focused on the news I might have a stronger opinion, but, I hate the news so I don't.
If she knew what she was doing, and she killed her kids in cold blood. Strap her down and slip it in.
If she was completely insane and she was not on her meds place her in jail. Obviously if she is innocient she will inflict enough mental trauma to herself. We don't need to take another life that is not necessary to take.
I have a strong opinion about the Death Penelty, but won't dig into it now. Just think...it's completely FINAL.

Nope
Once you create a poll it can only be deleted if you don't have any replies, basically it acts like it was never there.
The only other way to remove it once it's been created and replies have been made, you need to have a moderator delete the entire post.
I don't think it needs to be deleted, someone might vote and it's a good debaitable topic.

That's not pathetic...
That's not pathetic to vote in your own poll! You have a voice too! You were just curious about what others think when you wrote the poll.
